Ingredients
Potatoes ½ kg
Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemons 2
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oil as required
Chopped Green Chilies 2
Chopped Mint ½ bunch
Method
Wash potatoes boil and peel and make a cubes then in a karhi heat oil and fry them till golden and another karahi fried potatoes honey lemon juice tamarind pulp crushed black pepper crushed red chili roasted cumin powder and salt add and stir fry when honey`s caramel is ready then garnish with chopped green chili and chopped mint and serve.

FRY DOUGHNUTS



INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups flour (maida)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
oil (for deep frying)
1 tablespoon icing sugar
warm water, as needed
Method
* In a bowl beat egg,sugar,vanilla and butter with the help of an electric beater.If u donot have an electric beater then u may use a whisk or spoon.
* Now in another bowl take flour and add baking powder,salt,Powder milk.Mix well with the help of ur hands.
* Add the egg mixture in flour.Knead with the help of ur hands.
* U will not be able to make a dough, so for kneading dough add a bit of warm water.Keep on adding warm water until u get a dough.The dough should not be very soft or very hard.
* Make 4-6 small balls out of this dough.
* Take a ball on ur palm, flatten it a bit , insert ur fingure in the middle and rotate it.Mke a hole in the middle not so big , not so small.OR Cut it with a doughnut cutters.
* Heat oil, and when oil is heated well then fry the Dough nuts (Not all at a time).Fry two or one dough nuts at one time.Be careful about the flame of ur stove it should not be so large.The flame should be medium while frying.
* When the Dough nuts will become brown in colour, Take in a serving dish and sprinkle some icing sugar on it.Donot spread so much icing sugar that they become white.Just sprinkle a pinch of icing sugar on each doughnut.

Chicken Seekh Kabab Biryani Recipe



Ingredients
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Seekh Kabab Masala 3 tbsp
Bread slice 1
White cumin 1 tsp
Roasted gramflour 1 tbsp
Small cardamom 4
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg 1
Onions 3
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Lemons 3
Chopped green chilies 4
Oil 1 cup
To boil rice:
Rice 2 cups
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Small cardamom 4
Salt to taste
All spice powder some
Yellow food color a pinch
Fresh milk ½ cup
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Method
Mix chicken mince and 1 bread slice and 3 tbsp seekh kabab masala. Add in 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1tbsp roasted gram flour, 4 cardamoms, 1 tsp white cumin. Grind it. Chop mince. Add in 1 egg and salt. Make kabab abd shallow fry them. Soak rice and boil them with ½ bunch mint leaves, 4 chopped green chilies, all spice powder, salt, cardamom and 1 tbsp white vinegar. Drain the water once the rice are boiled. Take one cup oil in the pan and add on 3 chopped onion and fry them. Take ½ of them out and keep it aside. In the remaining onion add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and cook it. Add in kabab and cook them. Then take them out. Greas the paste and layer the rice. Layer up the Mixture prepared on it. Layer up the remaining rice and mix together milk and yellow food color and pour it over the pan. Simmer it. Dish out the rice and put the kababs on it. Serve hot.

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp Honey
1/2 kilo Dates
1 cup Coconut powder
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Almond chopped
1/2 tbsp Butter melted
Method
De seed dates and mash them with milk, honey and butter.
Make balls of round shape. Roll them in coconut powder and almond powder.
Arrange them in a tray and refrigerate
Serve

Baked Parmesan Fish



Ingredients
Servings: 4
16 ounces fish fillets
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
Breading
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1 Beat egg and milk in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a zipper bag combine breading ingredients.
2 One at a time dip fillets in egg, shake off excess and turn or shake in breading in bag.
3 Bake uncovered on an oiled baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
4 Can be served with lemon wedges if desired.

Method: Spirulina is easily available in any chemist shop, spirulina is actually made up of algae, but it’s a processed Algae which is enriched with a lot of nutrition’s which will help to glow your skin and avoid your skin to get wrinkles. See how spirulina and egg white will help you to get glowing skin. Take 1 bowl and 1 spoon, now add 2 to 3 tablespoons of egg white in this bowl, add 3 to 4 capsule of spirulina in this egg white, mix them well and make a fine paste, this is a green paste now you can apply this face pack on your face properly. Let it dry for about 10 to 15 minute, after that take rose water and massage on the face with this rose water in a circular motion, this Massage will improve your blood circulation. You can also wait for more 5 minutes after Massage and then wash it off with chilled water.


CHILLED RICE WRAPS



INGREDIENTS
For Ginger Onion Paste
1/2 red onion, roughly sliced
1 spring onion, roughly chopped
15 gm or 1 small knob of ginger, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
For Brown Sugar Marinated Paneer & Mushrooms:
200 gm paneer
125-150 gm of mushrooms
1 1/2 Tbsp of soya sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
2-3 medium cloves of garlic, mashed and finely sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Few coriander/cilantro stems, finely chopped
For spring roll assembly
1 small bunch crisp, crunchy lettuce (iceberg)
1 small bunch fresh cilantro or coriander, well washed / dried
6 rice paper wrappers
COOKING DIRECTIONS
For the ginger onion paste
Place the red onions, spring onion and ginger in a blender.
Sprinkle with salt, olive oil and blitz into a rough paste.
For the paneer & mushrooms:
Slice the paneer into six equal slabs before arranging in a single layer on plate.
Slice the mushrooms into thick slices.
For the marinade:
In a bowl, add the soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, garlic and olive oil and whisk it all together.
Marinate the paneer and mushrooms with this mix.
Pan sear the paneer in a large skillet over medium-high heat in a dash of olive oil, until deeply golden on each side.
Remove from the pan, allow the paneer to cool and slice into pencil-thick pieces and season with salt.
Once the paneer is done, you can use the same skillet to cook the mushrooms.
Use high heat, and cook until the mushrooms release their water and turn a nice dark color.
Add the chopped coriander/cilantro stems.
Transfer to a bowl or platter, and season appropriately.
To assemble the spring rolls:
Trim the paneer pieces into little fingers.
In a bowl of warm water, dip each rice paper wrapper for just 3 seconds.
Place on a flat work surface and fold in half.
You''re going to want to keep all your ingredients crowded into 1/3 of the available surface of the wrapper at this point.
Generously smear the ginger onion paste.
Then put a lettuce leaf, paneer, a few mushroom and cilantro.
Tuck and roll.

Easy Cheesy Zucchini Bake



Ingredients
2 medium-sized zucchini, cut in slices or half-moon slices
2 medium-sized yellow squash, cut in slices or half-moon slices
2-4 T chopped fresh basil (or even less, depending on how much you like the flavor of basil)
2 T thinly sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup + 1/2 cup low-fat Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan (I would use a little less if you only have the very finely grated Parmesan from a can)
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8" x 8" baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray. Wash the squash and cut in slices or half-moon slices. Wash basil, spin dry or dry with paper towels and finely chop. Slice green onions.
Combine the sliced squash, chopped basil, sliced green onions, dried thyme, garlic powder, and both kinds of cheese and stir together until the veggies are coated with cheese and the herbs are well-distributed. Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper. Put the mixture in the baking dish and bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes.
When the zucchini is nearly cooked through, take the casserole dish out of the oven and sprinkle over the remaining 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Put the dish back in the oven and bake 10-15 minutes longer, or until the cheese is melted and nicely browned and zucchini is fully cooked. Serve hot.
This kept well in the fridge overnight, but mine was gone the next day so I don't know if it would last longer than that!

Vegetable Pulao



INGREDIENTS
500 ml water
500 gm Basmati rice
100 gm ghee
50 gm chopped cooked paneer
100 gm carrot
100 gm beans
100 gm peas
2 choti elaichi
2 cardamom
1 cinnamon
3 bay leaves
2 Tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
1/4 Tbsp turmeric
Salt to taste
METHOD
Heat the ghee and lightly saute all vegetables
Add paneer and saute.
In separate pans, saute all spices.
Add drained rice and fry for 3 minutes.
Add sauteed vegetables and water.
Cover and cook until done.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Coriander-Cheese Chicken Kebabs



INGREDIENTS
6-7 chicken thighs
1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp yellow chilli powder
1/2 cup cheese
Half a handful yogurt
1/2 tsp roasted gram flour powder
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp yellow chilli powder
A pinch of mace or javitri powder
A pinch of jaiphal or nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp black rock salt
Handful of coriander leaves
1 Tbsp oil
METHOD
Cut the thighs in small pieces.
Mix garlic, ginger and yellow chilli powder to make the marinade.
Coat the chicken well with the marinade and leave it to rest for a while.
Now in a bowl add cheese and yogurt and mix well till it becomes paste like.
Add to this gram flour, green cardamom powder, yellow chilli powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder and mix all well.
Add to this now black rock salt, coriander leaves, oil and mix well again.
Now add the chicken to this and make sure the marinade coats all the pieces well.
Once done put the chicken pieces on skewers and inside the tandoor.
Cover the tandoor to cook the kebab. (You can use an oven also to grill the tikkas)

Crispy brinjal fry



Ingredients
3 medium size brinjal cut into thin slices
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/4 tbsp black pepper powder
1 egg
Salt to taste
Corn flakes
Method
Step 1
Mix soya sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, egg and salt to taste.
Step 2
Coat the brinjal slices with the egg mixture and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Crush corn flakes with hands. No need to make fine powder.
Step 4
Roll each slice in corn flakes and deep fry in oil. Once the brinjals are golden brown, take these to a tissue paper so that the oil is soaked by the tissue paper. Serve hot.
