2 tsp butter
2 cup boiled noodles
6 - 7 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste
Butter as required
6 tbsp tomato sauce
25 gm cheddar cheese
2 tbsp boiled corn kernels
1 ½ - 2 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp finely chopped green capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp finely chopped red capsicum
5 - 6 sliced jalapenos
2 black olives
2 green olives
Firstly, heat butter in a pan.
After this, put the boiled noodles in it and give them the shape of a pizza base.
Meanwhile, mix cornflour, salt and water in a bowl and pour it on the noodles.
Next, spread butter and tomato sauce on the noodles.
Now, spread cheese on the pizza, also top it with corn kernels, onion, green capsicum, tomato, red capsicum and cheese again on the noodles.
After this, put sliced jalapenos, black olives and green olives on it, cover the pan and cook it for 2-4 mins.
Serve the prepared pizza with the tamarind chutney.
