Mince Pizza



Ingredients
1-Mince/ chicken OR beef 250 gm
2-Capsicum 1
3-Tomato 1
4-Onion 1
5-Oil for fry
6-Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
7-Oregano 1 tsp
8-Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
9-Green chilies 2 – 3
10-Egg half
11-Butter 1 tbsp
Ingredients for SauceTomato paste ½ cup
1-Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
2-Oregano ½ tsp
3-Thyme ½ tsp
4-Oil 3 tbsp
5-Garlic paste 1 tsp
6-Salt to taste
Ingredients for DoughFlour
1-Flour 250 grams
2-Salt to taste
3-Yeast 1 tbsp
4-Butter 3 tbsp
5-Milk ½ cup
6-Egg 1
7-Water little
Method
1-In chopper put together 250 gm mince, 1 chopped onion, 2 – 3 green chilies, 1 capsicum and 1 egg. Chopperize well.
2-In a wok heat a little oil, add in chopperize mince and fry well. Remove from fire and keep aside.
3-Heat 3 tbsp oil in another pan, add 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp oregano and ½ tsp thyme. Fry for few seconds.
4-Now add ½ cup tomato paste and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
5-For making dough dissolve 1 tbsp yeast in ½ cup lukewarm milk.
6-Mix together 250 gm flour and dissolved yeast mixture, also add 1 beaten egg, 3 tbsp butter, salt to taste and knead to dough with water as required.
7-Cover with a plastic and keep aside for 10 – 12 minutes.
8-Spread dough in a greased pizza pan, top with prepared pizza sauce.
9-Spread fried mince on top.
10-Put tomato cubes on top( If required) Cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
11-Sprinkle top with a pinch of oregano.

Mexican Pizza



INGREDIENTS
For pizza base:
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups maize flour
3 tsp oil
3/4 tsp salt
Water
Oil
For pizza topping
3 cups rajma
3 onions - finely chopped
8-9 Tbsp tomato ketchup
3 Tbsp ghee
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups tomato puree
Salt - to taste
For hot sauce
1 kg tomatoes - chopped
1 onion - chopped
6 dry red chillies
2 Tbsp oil
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ajwain
Salt - to taste
For garnishing
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup spring onions - chopped
Sliced jalapenos
Rajma mixture sauce

METHOD
For pizza base
Mix the flours together, add 3 tsp of oil and salt and make a soft dough with water.
Roll out thin rounds and deep fry in oil till crisp.
Keep aside.
For pizza topping
Soak the beans overnight, boil and drain.
Keep the liquid aside and mash the beans.
Heat ghee and butter together. Saute the onions till transparent . Add the beans and mix well. Stir in the puree, ketchup and salt. Cook till the colour darkens, keep mashing the mixture as it cooks.
Keep aside.
For hot sauce
Soak the chillies in half a cup of water.
Saute the onions in the oil and add the tomatoes and chillies with the water. Cook till the tomatoes are done, cool and blend it in a mixie.
Then heat the sauce again. Add the ajwain, sugar and salt. Cook for another 10 minutes and keep aside.
For garnishing
Take the fried pizza and spread some rajma, jalapenos and sauce.
Sprinkle some onions and spread a spoonful of sour cream.
Finally sprinkle the cheese and grill for five minutes.
Serve immediately.

Noodles Pizza



INGREDIENTS
2 tsp butter
2 cup boiled noodles
6 - 7 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste
Butter as required
6 tbsp tomato sauce
25 gm cheddar cheese
2 tbsp boiled corn kernels
1 ½ - 2 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp finely chopped green capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp finely chopped red capsicum
5 - 6 sliced jalapenos
2 black olives
2 green olives
For garnish
Tomato sauce
PROCESS
Firstly, heat butter in a pan.
After this, put the boiled noodles in it and give them the shape of a pizza base.
Meanwhile, mix cornflour, salt and water in a bowl and pour it on the noodles.
Next, spread butter and tomato sauce on the noodles.
Now, spread cheese on the pizza, also top it with corn kernels, onion, green capsicum, tomato, red capsicum and cheese again on the noodles.
After this, put sliced jalapenos, black olives and green olives on it, cover the pan and cook it for 2-4 mins.
Serve the prepared pizza with the tamarind chutney.
Your Noodles Pizza is ready.

Uttapam Pizza



INGREDIENTS
2 cup rice
1 cup spilt black gram skinless
Salt to taste
Oil as required
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup sweet corn nimblest boiled
3-4 stuffed olives sliced (green)
7-8 fresh basil leaves
2 cups mozzarella cheese grated

PROCESS
Soak rice in six cups of water and urad dal in four cups of water separately overnight. Drain and grind them separately, using a little water, to a smooth paste.
Mix them in a deep vessel. Cover and keep the batter to ferment for a minimum of six to eight hours in a warm place.
Take required quantity of batter in a bowl, add salt and sufficient water to get the desired consistency and mix well. Heat a tawa, put a teaspoon of oil and wipe with a muslin cloth.
Spread a ladle of batter thickly. Cover and cook for a minute. Drizzle some oil all around. Spread tomato sauce (made up of tomato puree cooked with onion, garlic, salt and black pepper powder).
Sprinkle sweet corn niblets, olive slices, basil leaves and grated mozzarella cheese. Over that sprinkle some more sweet corn, olive slices and basil leaves.
Cover and cook on low heat till the cheese begins to melt.
Serve hot.

Pizza Cones



Ingredients

can (13.8 oz) refrigerated classic pizza crust(home made pizza dough)

frozen cooked mini meatballs, thawed, cut in half

jar (14 oz) pizza sauce

package (3.5 oz) pepperoni slices

cup finely chopped yellow or green bell pepper

cup shredded pizza cheese (3 oz)
Steps

Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 400°F. Wrap 12 (4-oz) paper cone cups with nonstick foil.

Unroll dough on work surface. Using rolling pin, roll dough to 20x15-inch rectangle. Cut into 12 (5-inch) squares. Wrap 1 dough square around each cup; press to seal edges. Trim any excess dough at bottom of each cup.

Place on large cookie sheet, open ends down. Bake on lowest oven rack 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. When cool enough to touch, remove and discard foil-covered paper cones.

Place 1/2 meatball in bottom of each cone. In large bowl, mix 3/4 cup of the pizza sauce, the pepperoni, bell pepper and remaining meatball halves. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 4 minutes or until hot. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the mixture into each baked cone. Top each cone with about 1 tablespoon cheese. Serve hot with remaining pizza sauce.

Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza



For Dough
1-3 cups flour
2-3 teaspoon instant yeast
3-1/4 cup luke warm water
4-1/2 teaspoon sugar
5-1 tablespoon oil
For filling
1-Chicken (Boneless small peices)
2-Chicken Tikka masala 2 tbsp
3-Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
4-Salt as per taste
5-Oil 1 tsp
6-Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Other ingredients:
1-2 tablespoon pizza sauce
2-1 capsicum cut in cubes
3-1 onion cut in cubes
4-1 green chilli sliced ( optional )
5-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
6-1 cup grated pizza cheese/mozzarella
DOUGH METHOD
1-Mix the yeast and sugar in water then let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
2-Add the flour and oil in it then knead well and let it rest till it doubles in size.
3-After that punch out the air with the palm of your hand and roll it on floured surface and add on oiled 12 inch pizza dish and prick with the fork then spread the pizza sauce on it.
4-Preheat oven at 220 degrees.
FILLING
1-In a frying pan add oil and saute the Chicken and fry well.
2-Add all the ingredients and cook till tender.
3-Roll the dough and spread the pizza sauce on it.
4-Spread evenly the chicken on the pizza base and add the onion,capsicum,chillie and oregano.
5-Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes till cheese gets crispy light brown.

Chicken Tikka Pizza Grill Sandwich



Ingredients to make 2 sandwiches
Bread slice 4 remove sides
chicken tikka chunk slightly shredded 1/2 cup
lettuce 1/2 cup shredded
mayonnaise 3 tbsp
mustard paste in very small quantity to apply on bread ( optional)
pizza sauce 2 tbsp
oil to spray on grill pan
cucumber slices
tomato sliced
cheese slice 2
Method
add mayonnaise on shredded lettuce and mix very well
put grill pan on stove to get hot drizzle little oil to prevent bread get stick on it,
Take bread slice apply little mustard paste or butter than put layer of lettuce mayonnaise, than layer of chicken, cucumber, sliced tomato, last but not least cheese slice on another slice apply pizza sauce and cover the sandwich..
grill it in grill pan... serve!
you can serve it with out grilling too but it tastes more yummy when grilled coz cheese also melts while grilling
Recipe for chicken
250 gm boneless chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 red chilli powder or to taste
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp tikka boti masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Coal for smoke
Oil 2 tbsp
Method
In bowl Add all ingredients mention above with oil and make it in smooth paste apply this paste on chicken and marinate it for at least 2 hours in fridge..
Take big bottom pot drizzle little oil so chicken do not get stick on bottom.. Arrange in single layer and cover pot cook on medium heat.. Do not add water.. Chicken will release its on water and get tender.. Turn occasionally.. Cook until it's is tender.. Try to dry all water.. In the end give Charcoal smoke.. Use it when cools..
For Pizza Sauce
3/4 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 capsicum/bell-pepper
1 green chili
.1 small onion
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato paste/puree
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
a pinch of tandoori masala ,cumin powder and oregano
Blend the tomatoes, chili, onion and capsicum with a bit of water until smooth. Heat a the oil in a pan, then add the garlic paste, followed by the tomato paste.
Once that's cooked for a couple of minutes, add the blended mixture and simmer. Add salt and sugar followed by a bit of tandoori masala, cumin powder and oregano. Adjust seasoning to taste.. I added 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder too( it's optional)
Let it simmer until thick and all the water is gone. Taste and adjust if needed. Then use accordingly!

Green Malai Tikka Pizza



Ingredients for pizza dough
Flour 2 ½ cup
Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp heaped
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Luke warm water to knead
Ingredients for filling
Boneless chicken 250 gm cut in strips
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for creamy pizza sauce
Butter 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Milk 1 cup
Ingredients for topping
Onion 1 sliced
Capsicum 1 sliced
Mushrooms 4 sliced
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Method for pizza dough
Put all in a bowl Flour 2 ½ cup, Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Sugar 1 tsp heaped, Oil 2 tbsp, Chicken powder 1 tsp and knead with Luke warm water into a soft dough, bang dough well, keep the dough in greased bowl, leave it covered till doubled for an hour, punch down the dough, grease pizza pan, roll dough and put on the greased pan prick with fork.
Method for pizza sauce
Cook all together till thick add 3 tbsp cream cheese. And apply on pizza base.
Method for filling
Marinate chicken strips with salt, white pepper, green chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, ginger garlic, put in 1 tbsp oil till tender, give dum of coal. Mix with cream and keep aside.
To assemble
Grease pizza plate, roll the dough and spread in a 9 inch pizza plate, prick with fork, brush with creamy sauce, put chicken filling, top with 1 sliced onion, 1 capsicum sliced, mushrooms 4 sliced, cheddar cheese ½ cup, mozzarella cheese ½ cup, oregano leaves 1 tsp, bake for 30 minutes on 200 degree C. serve hot.

Then us per pizza sauce lgain or tomatoe ketchups lagain...then chicken nd veges dalain then chadr n mozrela cheese mic kr k oper sprinkle kren or last ma red chili power sprinkle kren
For baking....
I have baked my pizzzzaaa in pateela.. pateely mei stones or stand rkh kr pre heat it fr 15 minutes. ..

Chicken Pizza Spicy



Ingredients
2 pizza base
For Toppings
1/4 kg boneless chicken
1 egg
2 onion
4 tomatoes
8 flakes garlic
1 capsicum
2 green chilly
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilly sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp Chinese salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
For garnish
1 capsicum
1 tomato
pizza cheese
1 tsp butter
Method
For Toppings

Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, egg, salt and green chilies.
fry the chicken pieces in oil till it becomes soft.
Now fry the onion separately. Add garlic paste in it and fry for a minute. Then add tomatoes.
Now add chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, Chinese salt and salt.
Add chicken pieces and capsicum in it. When cooked, remove from stove.
For pizza
Spread some butter over pizza base.
Put topping mixture over it.
Garnish with tomato slices, capsicum cubes and cheese.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes and when cheese melts, put it out.
Serve pizza with drink and chili sauce.

Whole Wheat Pizza



Ingredients For Dough
Whole wheat = 2 cups
Yeast ( Khameer) = 1 tbp heaped
Sugar ( Chini) = 1 tsp
Salt ( Namak) = 1 tsp

For pizza sauce
1tbsp garlic chopped
2tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1/4tsp oregano
1tbsp sugar

Saute garlic with butter ,add onion and cook for 1 minute add remaining ingredients and cook until thick paste.

PIZZA DOUGHNUT



INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA DOUGH
Flour2 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Oil ¼ cup
Instant Yeast 1 ½ tsp
Luke Warm Water to knead
METHOD
Knead altogether into a soft dough, leave to rise until double, punch dough, make into balls, stuff with pizza filling, dip in egg, roll in crumbs and deep fry.
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
Chicken Boiled and Shredded 1 cup
Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp
Capsicum Finely Chopped 2 tbsp
Sweet Corn 2 tbsp
Oregano Leaves 1 tsp
Pickled Cucumber Chopped 1 tbsp
Cabbage Finely Chopped 1 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese Grated 1 cup
METHOD FOR FILLING
Mix altogether in a bowl stuffed in pizza doughnut.

Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza



Ingredients
For Pizza Dough

All Purpose Flour ½ kg
Semolina ½ cup
Yeast 1 sache
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Butter ½ cup
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
For Pizza Topping
Boiled Pepperoni or Sausages 1 packet
Pizza Sauce 1 cup
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Onion ( Round Slice) 1
Tomatoes (Round Slices) 2
Mushrooms ½ cup
Black or Green Olives ½ cup
Grated Mozzarella Cheese 400 grams
Oregano ½ tsp
Butter 3-4
For dough
Take a luke a warm water add 1 sachet of yeast and 1 tsp sugar mix it well leave it for 15 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose flour, to taste salt, 2 tsp of baking powder ,1/2 cup of semolina and add yeast mixture mix it well and make a dough a cover the dough and place the dough in a hot place for 3-4 hours. Now take it out the dough and fold with the help of hands. Now dough is ready. For pizza : take deep pizza pan grease with the 3-4 tbsp of butter and grease it. Now set the dough in it and spread 1 cup pizza sauce sprinkle ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ tsp oregano and 2 round slice tomatoes. 1 packet of boiled pepperoni or saucesages, 1 round sliced onion, ½ cup of mushrooms and set it. Now add 400 grams of grated mozerrella cheese on the top of it. Add ½ cup of black or green olives and press it. Now place the deep pizza pan in a preheated oven and bake it foe 15- 18 minutes. Take it out the dish brushing with ½ cup of butter and bake it again for 1-2 minutes.

Noodles Pizza



INGREDIENTS

Pizza nachos



Ingredients
1 large packet tortilla chips
½ cup pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 capsicum, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup sausage, chopped
1 cup pepperoni sliced
6 pepperoni slices, whole
Method
In a pyrex dish, lay down half the tortilla chips, followed by half the pizza sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, capsicum, onion, sausage, and sliced pepperoni. Repeat. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top and arrange the pepperoni slices evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted

Pizza scrolls



Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flour
30g butter, chopped
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce
1 cup grated tasty cheese
225g can pineapple pieces, drained

Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Line a large tray with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
Sift flour into a large bowl. Add butter and rub in with your fingertips until evenly combined. Make a well in the centre of flour mixture and pour in the milk. Mix in with a flat-bladed knife until mixture is moist and starts to clump together. Gather the dough into a ball and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Press dough into a roughly rectangular shape. Using a rolling pin, roll dough out to a 35cm x 25cm rectangle. Spread pasta sauce over the dough leaving a 3cm space along the two long edges. Sprinkle cheese, ham and pineapple over sauce.
Step 3
Starting from a long side, roll into a log. Cut into 12 slices. Place onto tray, cut side up and with ends turned inwards so they don't unroll while cooking. Bake for 25 minutes until risen and golden brown.

Pizza Grilled Cheese



Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter, soft
2 slices white sandwich bread
¼ cup marinara
4 slices low-moisture mozzarella cheese
2 ounces sliced pepperoni (6 thin slices)
Method
Melt the butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put the bread in the pan, then top with the marinara, spreading to coat the slices. Top each slice the cheese and pepperoni, dividing evenly. Cook until the cheese starts to melt and the bread is golden, about 2 minutes, then close the sandwich and cook until the cheese is completely melted, about 3 minutes more. Enjoy

CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA



INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH

1/4 tѕр gаrliс powder

Mаrinаtе сhiсkеn with аbоvе ingrеdiеntѕ.Tаkе a раn аdd marinated chicken аnd cook on lоw flаmе till it'ѕ tеndеr.
FOF PIZZA TOPPING
1/2 сuр Alfredo ѕаuсе
1 cups diсеd сооkеd chicken
1/2 сuр diсеd rеd bеll рерреr
1 сuр shredded mоzzаrеllа сhееѕе🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀
METHOD

Cheese Less pizza



Ingredients
for pizza dough:
4 cups all purpose flour
water as required
2 tbsp dry active yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp as taste
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
some flour for dusting
for pizza toppings:
6 to 8 tbsp pizza sauce
1 tsp basil
1 tsp dry oregano
1 small to medium onion, chopped
1 small to medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small to medium tomato, chopped
6 to 7 chopped buttons mushrooms
7 to 8 olives, chopped (optional)
2 cups chicken chunks (stair fry with salt and pepper)
Method
preparing pizza dough:
take a mixing bowl and put whole wheat flour then add sugar and salt mix it well with hands. Now add oil mix again then add lightly beaten egg, add dry yeast mix then mix very well. Knead the dough with warm water make a little hard dough and keep it in the same pan.
cover with a kitchen towel and allow the pizza dough and leave for an hour or two.
so when the dough is left alone, prep up the other ingredients such as chopping veggies and preparing chicken.
assembling the pizza dough:
after the dough has leavened, divide the dough into four parts. lightly knead each portion and keep covered for 15 to 20 minutes more.
before assembling pizza, grease a round try with oil. dust the pan with some flour also preheat your oven.the oven should be hot and preheated for at least 20 minutes.
take one portion of the pizza dough and lightly dust the dough with flour.
with a rolling pin, roll the dough to a round.lift the pizza gently and place it in the prepared pan.
now take 3 to 4 tbsp of the pizza sauce and spread it evenly all around.
now top up with the veggies and chicken chunks.you can add your choice of veggie toppings.
now sprinkle some red chili flakes and dry oregano all over. this is an optional step.
keep the baking tray in the center rack of the preheated oven with both the bottom heating rods on. bake for 12 to 15 minutes till the veritable a tender for a crisp crust, you can also bake for a longer time. since oven temperature vary, do keep a check while baking the pizza.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD
Fоr сhiсkеn filling:
1-Heat butter 1 tbѕр, add flour 1 tbsp with ѕаlt, blасk pepper and muѕtаrd ½ tѕр each, add ¼ cup milk аnd bоilеd and ѕhrеddеd сhiсkеn mix аnd remove.
Fоr рizzа dоugh
1-In a bоwl mix Flour 8 оunсе, Inѕtаnt уеаѕt 1 ½ tѕр, Sаlt ½ tѕр, Caster sugar 1 tѕр, Milk powder 1 tbѕр, Egg 1, Oil 4 tbѕр аnd knеаd with Lukе wаrm wаtеr intо a ѕоft dоugh.
2-Lеаvе it tо riѕе for 1 hоur thеn rоll thе dough intо a big circle.
3-Cut small rоundѕ with cutter, рlасе each rоund in a greased tart tray.
4-Aррlу kеtсhuр, рut chicken filling, top with сubеѕ оf сарѕiсum and tоmаtо.
5-Cоvеr with grаtеd сhееѕе, leave it tо rise аgаin for 30 minutes.
6-Bаkе it оn 200 dеgrее C for 20 minutеѕ.
