Noodles Tikyaan



Ingredients:

Noodles 1 packet Chicken Mince 250 grams Eggs 2-3 Garlic paste 1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4-5 Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander ½ bunch Green Onion 2-3 Rice Flour.
3-4 tbsp Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp Soya Sauce 2-3 tbsp Oil as required Salt to taste.

Method

Boil the noodles hot water to 5 minutes strain the water and take it out of it and chopped the noodles. Take a half packet of noodles and fry the noodles spread the noodles in a platter. Half of the noodles and 2 cups of chicken mince2-3 eggs, 1 tsp of garlic paste, 4-5 chopped green chilies, ½ bunch chopped fresh coriander, 2-3 chopped green onion , 3-4 tbsp of rice flour, 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice , 2-3 tbsp of soya sauce and a pinch of salt mix it well and make pattie s like tikya,s . Heat as required oil in a deep wok fry the patties and spread the fried noodles and serve it with sauce.

Hakka Noodles



Ingredients
Noodles 2 cup (boiled)
Chicken ½ kg (boiled)
Spring onion 1 small bunch
Red chili 3 (dried)
Ginger 1 piece (chopped)
Garlic 2 tsp (chopped)
Oil 1 ½ tbsp
Capsicum 1 (sliced)
Carrot 1 (sliced)
Soya sauce 1 tbsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Vinegar ½ tsp

Method
Cut the spring onions and keep aside.Grind red chilies, ginger and garlic.Heat oil in a pan, stir fry chili and ginger garlic paste for a minute.Now add capsicum and carrot and fry them slightly.Put spring onion and continue frying for 2-3 minutes more.Then put in the soya sauce and chicken pieces and mix them well.Add boiled noodles and salt and stir to mix them well.Finally add vinegar to mix it well.Serve hot with chili sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce.

Glass Noodles



Ingredients
Crystal Noodles or Mung Bean Noodles 1 packet
Prawns 200 grams
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Lettuce Leaves 4-5
Onion 1
Spring Onion 1 bunch
Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
Chinese Salt ½ tsp
Thai Red Chili Whole 3-4
Tomatoes 2
Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Method
Glass Noodles

First take 1 packet of crystal noodles and soak it in cold water for 1 hour. Now take a cooking pot add water add soak boiled noodles in cold water. When the noodles are chilled strain the excess of water and set a side. Now take another cooking pot add 200 grams of prawns 1 tbsp of garlic paste and boil it to 4-5 minutes and take it out from the pan and set a side. Now add 1 onion, 1 bunch of spring onion, 2 tomatoes, 3-4 thai red chilies cut into slices mixing in a bowl now add ½ bunch of chopped coriander,2 tbsp of fish sauce, ½ tsp of Chinese salt, 4 tbsp of lemon juice, mix it well now add boil prawns then add noodles and mix it well at last dish out on the glass garnish with salad leaves and serve it.

Beef Noodles Kabab



Recipe Ingredients
½ kg beef botiboneless 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 3 medium sized onions 2 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp all spice powder 1 tsp salt 4 boiled and mashed potatoes ½ packet egg noodles 1 bunch coriander leaves 1 bunch mint leaves 3 chopped chilies 3 eggs.
Recipe Method
Boil beef boti with the aboveingredients till its tender and mix well and forms a smooth mixture. Make sure it has no water in it. Then add potatoes, egg noodles, coriander, mint, green chilies and add eggs in it. Mix well till smooth and well combined. Shape into kababs and fry in the oil.

Egg Noodles



INGREDIENTS
2 cakes of noodles (serving 2)
2 to 3 eggs
1 large or 2 small garlic cloves chopped finely
2 to 3 green chilies slit
Pepper powder as needed
1 tsp. vinegar
Olive or sesame oil as needed

Optional
½ cup bell peppers chopped
1 onion or 2 sprigs of spring onions chopped
1 carrot julienne
1 tsp each of soya sauce and tomato sauce
1 star anise
1 strand of mace

METHOD
Cook noodles in surplus water till al dente. Drain and rinse them with cold running water. Drain in a colander and smear 1 tsp oil to the noodles and toss.
Break the eggs in a rinsed bowl. set aside
Heat a wok with oil, add green chili, star anise, mace and garlic. when they crackle, add the veggies and fry till partially cooked to keep them crunchy.
Slide the veggies aside and reduce the heat. pour the eggs, scramble them lightly and cook till done.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and vinegar. If using other sauces, Add them too. cook till they begin to bubble.
Add the noodles , more salt and pepper powder.
Increase the flame and toss fry on high for one to two minutes.Serve egg noodles while still hot.

Recipe Ingredients:

Oil 3 tbsp Egg2 Garlic4 cloves Egg noodles½ packet Glass noodles½ packet Bean sprout1 cup Prawns 200 gm Chicken breast (juliennes)1 Spring onion2 Fresh red chilies3 – 4 Cabbage¼ piece Capsicum1 Lemon juice1 – 1 ½ tbsp Lemon skin½ tsp Saltto taste Black pepper powder½ tsp Recipe Method Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 4 cloves of chopped garlic and chicken breast cut into juliennes, sauté till golden brown. Now add 200 gm prawns and fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Then add 1 sliced capsicum, 2 sliced spring onions and ¼ piece of chopped cabbage. Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes. Beat 2 eggs and add to the vegetable mixture, do not mix and let it cook for a few minutes. Now flip the egg and cook the other side. Now add ½ packet boiled egg noodles, ½ packet soaked rice noodles, 1 cup bean sprout, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, lemon juice, lemon skin and chopped fresh red chilies. Mix well, dish it out and serve hot.


Chicken Noodle Pistachio Pound Cake Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

5 cups Bisquick
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box Jell-O instant pistachio pudding mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
110 1/2 ounces Camp-bell's chicken noodle soup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (10 ounce) package of thawed Green Giant frozen spinach
1 teaspoon yeast


Recipe Method

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Note: Must use a mixer or an electric drill with a wide blade attachment.

Recipe Ingredients

1 chicken
1 spoon olive oil
4 green onions
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups chicken stock
1 pack noodles
Sweet corn kernels
2 spoons soy sauce

Recipe Method

Heat oil and add green onion in it. Fry for 2 minutes and then add chicken broth in it. Let it boil. Then lower the flame and add noodles in it. Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup minced whole scallion
2 cups cooked leftover egg noodles
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Minced fresh parsley for garnish

Recipe Method

In an 8-inch skillet set over moderate heat, heat the butter and oil until hot. Add the scallion and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add the noodles, salt and pepper to taste and pat into an even layer. Let cook over moderate heat for a few minutes or until lightly golden on the bottom. Turn and cook until golden on the bottom. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with the parsley.
