Muharram ka Sharbat (with Elaichi Doodh Recipe)



Recipe Ingredients
Blanched almonds 15
Cardamom seeds 1/2tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1tbsp
Sugar to taste
Water cup
White poppy seeds dry roasted in a pan 3tbsp
Whole milk 3cup
Recipe Method
Dry roast poppy seeds in a heavy frying pan over low heat. stiring the pan often so as not to burn it, for about 5 minutes. Combine the poppy seeds, almonds and water in a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade and process for 2-3 minutes or until the nuts are reduced to a fine puree. Add 2 cups milk and further blend on low speed for about 15 seconds.
Pour the mixture through a strainer over a pan. Press out as much liquid as possible, then add the remaining milk and the cardamom seeds. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over moderately high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the sweetener.
Indians will pour the milk back and forth from one pan to another to make the milk frothy much like a low tech cappuccino machine. The frothy milk is then served.

Doodh Patti Chai



Recipe for 2 cups
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Sugar to taste
Tea bags 2
Cardamom 1 ( optional)
Method
In pot add water and milk along with tea bags and cardamom boil it on medium heat.. Boil it twice..
Pour in cups add sugar to taste and serve hot!

Mango Falooda


Ingredients
For Vermicelli
1/2 cup- Vermicelli
1 Pak - jello (red)
Water as needed
For Assembling
Whip cream
Or
Ice creams - any of your choice (Strawberry, Vanilla)
2 tbs- tukhmalanga
1/2 cup-Water
1 cup-Cold Milk
1 Ripe Mango -chopped
1 Ripe Mango -peeled and pureed
2 tbsp- Wall Nut chopped
Some cherry for garnishing
Method
Make jello according the packet. When it's cold cut into small square pieces.
Cook the vermicelli, boil vermicelli in water till it is done. Now drain it and wash it under cold water. Set that aside till use.
Take tukhmalanga in a bowl and add in water. Mix well and set aside for 5 mins.
Now time to assemble, Take a tall glass, add little tukhmalanga in the bottom of the glass, Add in vermicelli, add some mango puree and chopped mangoes then add jello pieces. Pour in milk, Add scoops of whip cream or ice cream. Top off with walnuts and cherries. Serve immediately


Peach Cooler Drink



Ingredients
Sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon peel 3 tbsp
Peach 6 pieces
Ice Cubes 8-10 pieces
Cooking Instructions
Chop the peaches to make small chunks. Add the peach chunks in blender.
Also add lemon juice and sugar in it. Then add ice cubes in the blender.Blend them all well.

Strawberry Lemonade



Ingredients
Strawberry (Chopped), 1 Cup full
Lemon Juice, 1/4 Cup
Sugar, 1/3 Cup OR As Required
Chilled Water, As Required
Ice Cubes, As Required
Lemon Slices, Few
Strawberry Slices, Few
Mint Leaves, For Garnish
Method
Take Saucepan add sugar, lemon juice, strawberries & 2 Table Spoons of water and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
When it's in room temperature blend them in blender then sift & pour in any empty clean bottle and refrigerate.
When it's chilled. Take 1 glass and fill 1/4 with ice cubes then 1/4 with strawberries lemonade puree and add chilled water with strawberries slices & lemon slices. Garnish with mint leaves & Serve.

Mango berry Smoothie



Ingrеdiеntѕ

Put thе рiесеѕ оf fruit in blеndеr, аdd iсе and ѕugаr if preferred. Whеn wеll blеndеd, add thе аvосаdо рit powder аnd blend оnсе again. Sеvеr whеn cold and Enjoy!!!

PEANUT BUTTER FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE



Ingredients
2 cups ice
1/4 cup finely chopped peanut butter cups + more for garnish
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (homemade or store bought) + more for garnish
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Peanut Butter Whipped Cream
1/4 cup cold heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
In a blender, add the ice, peanut butter cups, peanut butter, hot fudge sauce, cocoa powder, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Blend on high until completely smooth. Pour into glasses and topped with peanut butter whipped cream. Garnish with additional peanut butter cups and hot fudge sauce.
Peanut Butter Whipped Cream
In a large mixing bowl on high speed (with whisk attachment if using a stand mixer), beat together the cream and peanut butter until it starts to thicken. Gradually beat in the sugar and vanilla then continue beating on high speed until stiff peaks form (when you pull the beater straight up, peaks will form and not fall over). Serve immediately.

ترکیب
ایک بلینڈر میں 250ملی لیٹر سپرائٹ ،چھ عدد آڑو کے سلائس ،دس عدد تازہ پودینے کے پتے ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ چینی اور تین عدد برف کیوبز ڈال کر بلینڈ کر لیں اور گلاس میں نکال کر سرو کریں

Masala Chai



Ingredients
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 whole cardamom pod
1 whole clove
2 black peppercorns
3 teaspoons black tea leaves
1/2 cup warm milk
Method
Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Add the cardamom pod, clove, peppercorns and tea leaves. Remove from heat, and let the mixture steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain into a cup, and fill cup the rest of the way with milk. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Smoothie (Drink)



Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh оrаngе juiсе

Delicious Banana Ice Cream Smoothie



Ingredients
2 bananas
1/3 cup orange juice
vanilla ice cream
'' tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
ice cubes
Cooking Instructions
Cut bananas into medium pieces.
Blend bananas with ice cream and milk. Add orange juice, ice cubes and vanilla extract. Blend to make it smooth and thick.
Pour in a glass and serve chilled!
Banana smoothie is ready! Enjoy this refreshing drink.

Melon And Kiwi Fruit Smoothie



Ingredients
1 kiwi, cut
2-3 slices of papaya
2 slices of melon
A couple of grapes
1 plum, sliced
1 glass milk
1/2 - 1 tsp honey
1/2 cup oats
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Serve chilled.
You can use sugar/honey according to your taste.
Fell free to throw in any fruits that you like.

Ice Cream Soda Sharbat



Ingredients
Milk 1 kg
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Ice cream syrup 4 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Pista ice cream 1 cup
China grass powder 1 tbsp dissolved in 1 cup water and set
Almonds and pistachio sliced 4 tbsp
Cooking Instructions
In a blender put ice cream, cream, milk, condensed milk, ice cream syrup, blend for 30 seconds.
Remove in a serving jug add almonds and pistachio sliced, china grass cubes, cut in fine cubes,
Serve chilled.

NIMBU PANI



INGREDIENTS
10 big lemons
2 600 ml soda bottles
1 cup dates (khajoor) pitted and chopped
2 tbsp honey
4 cups water
Few Ice-Cubes
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Cut the lemons in halves crosswise and remove the zest from 6 of the halves.Squeeze out the juice from the lemons.
Slice the remaining lemons into thin rounds and keep them aside for garnishing purpose.
Place the water and the dates in a sauce pan and gently boil for 6-7 minutes till the dates tenders.
Add the zest and boil for another 2-3 minutes.Turn the flame off and stir in the honey, lemon juice & few lemon slices.
Keep the drink aside loosely covered for 6-7 hours.
Strain through a muslin lined sieve.
While serving, mix the drink with soda and add some crushed ice cubes.Serve chilled.

Strawberry and Banana Smoothie



Ingredients
300 ml 1% low-fat milk
250 g strawberries, hulled
1 medium banana, peeled, roughly chopped
15 ml honey
150 ml natural yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness according to your taste, pour into serving glasses and serve.

Mango Falooda



Ingredients

Mеthоd
Make jello ассоrding the расkеt. Whеn it's соld cut intо ѕmаll square pieces.
Cооk the vеrmiсеlli, bоil vеrmiсеlli in wаtеr till it iѕ dоnе. Nоw drаin it аnd wash it under cold wаtеr. Sеt thаt aside till use.
Take tukhmаlаngа in a bowl аnd add in wаtеr. Mix wеll аnd ѕеt аѕidе fоr 5 mins.
Nоw timе tо аѕѕеmblе, Tаkе a tall glass, add littlе tukhmаlаngа in thе bоttоm of the glаѕѕ, Add in vermicelli, аdd ѕоmе mаngо puree and сhорреd mаngоеѕ thеn аdd jеllо рiесеѕ. Pоur in milk, Add scoops of whip сrеаm оr ice сrеаm. Top оff with wаlnutѕ аnd cherries. Serve immеdiаtеlу. Enjоу!

Lauki juice recipe (Bottle gourd Juice)



Ingredients (1 cup = 240 ml)
1 ½ cups Lauki (bottle gourd or dudhi) peeled and roughly chopped
¼ cup Mint leaves packed
¼ cup Cilantro or Coriander leaves packed
¼ inch piece Ginger
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Black salt (Kala namak)
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 ½ cups Chilled Water (if not chilled add few ice cubes)

Instructions
Making lauki juice recipe:
First wash the lauki, peel the skin and discard. Cut into cubes.
Taste a small piece of lauki and make sure that it is not tasting bitter. If tastes bitter then DO NOT make juice from that.
Take that into the blender along with ginger.
Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Freshly squeeze the lemon juice.
Also add black salt, regular salt and black pepper powder.
Add about ½ cup of water. And blend it into smooth puree or paste.
Now add remaining water. Blend it again to incorporate well.
Now strain the juice using stainer.
Using spoon or spatula, mash the mixture into the strainer and get most juice out of it.
Pour this juice into individual serving glass and serve

HOT CAPPUCCINO WITHOUT STEAM



INGREDIENTS
Water – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Instant coffee – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Whipped cream – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder – to taste
Ground chocolate – to taste
Nutmeg powder – to taste
METHOD
Take a pan, add milk, water, coffee and sugar, and boil until sugar dissolves.
Then add whipped cream and blend in blender to make a foamy texture.
Then pour in cups and garnish with ground chocolate, cinnamon or nutmeg.

Cold Coffee



Ingredients
Very simple
1/2 table spoon coffee
1 table spoon sugar
1 cup cold milk
1 table spoon cream
Method
Blend all in blender for 2 mints
Add ice-cream and top with cream and chocolate
