1-180 g butter
3-1/2 tsp vanilla essence
4-1 1/2 cup plain flour
5-3/4 cup brown sugar
6-1/2 cup cocoa powder
Method1-Cream butter and sugar.
2-Add egg and vanilla, beat thoroughly.
3-Add sifted cocoa and flour.
4-Take tablespoons of mixture, roll into a ball between palms of hands and press with a
fork on to a greased baking tray
5-Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
6- Cool and drop melted chocolate for decoration.
