Chicken Banjara Kebab

Boneless Chicken (cubes) 300 gms
Dry Red Chilies 6
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Kebab Chini 6
White Pepper ¾ tsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Peanut (grinded) 1 tbsp
Khatai Powder 1 tsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Hung Curd 2 tbsp
Marinate chicken with lemon juice and salt for 30 mins, dry roast button, red chilies, cumin, coriander, kebab chini and grinded finely with nutmeg, remove and add in white pepper. Now add this masala to the marinated chicken and leave it for little while, put on little skewers and pan fry on a grill pan. Serve hot.
