KASHMIRI ROGHAN JOSHE



Ingredients
Mutton 1/2 kg
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Mixed Whole spices 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Green chilies 8
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
Onion 1
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
METHOD
Grind together fennel seeds, green chilies, ginger garlic, chili powder, coriander powder, onion and coriander leaves into a fine paste, keep aside.
Boil mutton in water till tender, heat oil.
Add mixed whole spices with chopped onion, fry till light golden.
Add ground Masala paste and salt, fry well.
Add boiled mutton and fry well, also add tomato paste with water, cover and cook till oil floats on top.
Add fresh cream, lemon juice, mix well, remove, serve with Naan or Paratha.
