1 cup Corn flour
6 Tablespoons Flax Seed
7 Tablespoons Water or as required
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt & paper to taste
Oil for frying
Combine all of the ingredients to make a moist dough. Make small ball of dough. On a piece of cling paper roll out the dough as thin as you can. Cut the dough into cracker-chips of whatever size or shape you like using a pizza cutter. Then fry in oil on low flame. Or Place the wax paper on the baking sheet.
Bake chips for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place chips that have lightly browned outside. Let them cool before eating; they become more crisp and crunchy as they cool. I fried the square ones and baked the triangle ones
